Hi! I’m Felicia! I believe in offering a gentle, safe and compassionate space where we can work alongside one another. My passion for this work is deeply informed by my lived experiences and my belief in each person’s capacity for growth and change.

I believe that feeling better begins with building on our strengths and resilience, and that our challenges do not define who we are. Instead, they can offer opportunities for learning, self-understanding, and meaningful change. As your therapist, I will support you in building a life that feels more aligned with your values, goals, and sense of self.

My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and a client-centred framework and I acknowledge that people are shaped by their lived experiences, identities, and the systems around them. I am intentional about honouring each client’s unique story while supporting meaningful and sustainable growth where you truly feel heard.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, integrative, and strengths-based. I draw from an array of modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I work alongside clients to develop practical coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, challenge unhelpful patterns, and strengthen relationships; all while moving at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

My Professional Journey

I hold a Bachelor of Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Master of Social Work from Windsor University. My professional background includes extensive experience in school social work, child protection, and private practice.

I have worked closely with children, youth, adults, and families navigating a wide range of emotional, relational and life challenges. These roles strengthened my skills in assessment, safety planning, crisis intervention, and counselling, and continue to inform my work today.
